"Garish"

This word prompt was really hard! I mean, I live in Moscow, Idaho, there's not a whole lot of "garish" around if you know what I mean. And if you need a definition: crudely or tastelessly colorful, showy, or elaborate, as clothes or decoration, excessively bright or glaring. The first thing that came to mind when I read the definition was Mardi Gras but there was no way that was going to work out so I took the boys to the pet store. This fish was the best thing to garish in my opinion, with the bird a close second. I don't know though, what do you think? What would you have chosen for "garish"?

I like the fish one.
I think that's good.
Man I dunno what I would've chosen.

In the springtime you could probably find a few 'garish-ly' dressed students (ex. hempfest), but that's harder during the winter.

I think the fish fits just fine!

I really like the fish picture. If you like, though, I could pull my Halloween costume out for you. I think that was an excellent example of garish. My favorite of all of these is Flow, although I really liked process, too.

I was thinking along the lines of Kierstin, I'm sure you could find a few students dressed to that definition, but you are right that is hard to come by around here.
