This one was hard to catch in a single shot. I thought about the process that we're going through trying to get Reese fully potty trained (as in going for a few days without accidents) or the process of just getting out the door to go somewhere. But then I thought of cooking dinner. It's definitely the biggest day-to-day process. In the early afternoon and sometimes the day before I'm thinking about what to make for dinner, asking Carson, asking Ryan for ideas. Making sure we have all the ingredients and then running to the grocery store if we don't, which is a whole process in itself. And then to actually start cooking. Some recipes take more effort than others obviously. This particular recipe, enchiladas, is one that takes a lot of time and there's a certain order to how you make them. They are so good but it really is a process!
